Being Too Passive

Why you have to be passive playing Poker when you can be the aggressor and take maximum profit from your position (especially in late position)
instead  of calling be the one making the bets . It's a simple principal - by betting you can win by 1) having the best hand or 2) by making the weaker hand call and in the same time pushing the best hand to fold. If you simply Call all the time - you have to have the best hand.
